What exactly is Moneyclic?

The Moneyclic prepaid ticket is an alternative payment solution that enables you to make online payments in cash on your favourite websites without using your credit or debit card. Moneyclic works by issuing unique 16-digit encrypted codes credited with a total amount chosen by the customer. With no link to your bank involved, your payments remain anonymous and secret.

Who can use Moneyclic?

Moneyclic tickets can be used by anyone. No proof of income or evidence of solvency is required.

How can I obtain a Moneyclic prepaid ticket?

There are two possibilities available to you:

  • Use our special search tool, our store locator, to find your nearest retail outlet from among the 100,000 available across the whole of France and abroad. Once you’ve done this, you can then purchase your Moneyclic tickets with cash.
  • Buy your Moneyclic tickets online through our partners. No registration required. The payment is made by credit/debit card.
What are the different values available?

To ensure you have complete freedom of payment, you can purchase tickets of various predefined values: €10, €25, €50, €100 and €150.

You can also choose the total value yourself, e.g. €25.56.

When does my Moneyclic ticket become activated and my money available to spend?

Immediately after purchase! There is no delay before the balance is charged! Your Moneyclic ticket can be used as soon as you’ve paid for it.

What information is stored on my Moneyclic ticket?

Your Moneyclic ticket stores the total balance credited to the ticket, the purchase date and expiry data, the confidential PIN code, and the ticket serial number, which you may need to provide to our support team should you experience any problems.

Is it a safe way of making payments online?

Moneyclic is one of the safest payment methods there is due to the fact that it enables you to keep your personal data and banking details secret. By paying with cash online, you avoid all risk of card fraud or identity theft. Your information is kept protected.

How do I use my Moneyclic tickets?

Your Moneyclic tickets belong to you. You are the only one that can use your 16-digit code, and you are free to do this whenever you choose.

If you are visiting a partner website and want to pay using your prepaid Moneyclic ticket, all you need to do is click on the Moneyclic icon on the payment method selection page. Once you’ve done this, you will then be asked for the PIN code printed in the middle of your ticket. Enter it and confirm that the details you’ve supplied are correct. You will then be presented with a summary of your transactions. Your payment has now been processed.

Where can I used my prepaid Moneyclic tickets?

You can find details of all the partner websites that accept Moneyclic on our special partners page. Simply click on the logo of the gaming site you want to use.

What is the PIN code on my ticket for?

Your 16-digit PIN code enables you to complete online payments on all our partner websites.

Warning: this code is confidential and must in no case be divulged to any third party by telephone or email.

How long are Moneyclic codes valid for?

Each of your Moneyclic tickets is valid for 12 months from the date the ticket is issued/purchased.

The expiry date can be found on the Moneyclic ticket itself. If you do not use your Moneyclic code within this 12-month period, your ticket will become out-of-date and invalid for use.

How much money do I have remaining on my Moneyclic ticket?

To find out the remaining balance on your tickets, please click HERE. Your balance will appear in just a few seconds once you’ve entered the requested information.

My ticket is invalid. What should I do?

There are several scenarios in which this situation can occur:

  • you’ve already used the Moneyclic ticket in question; it will therefore be invalid when you attempt to use it for payment purposes
  • you have entered your 16-digit code incorrectly. Please try entering it again!
  • our system has detected suspicious activity and your ticket has been temporarily suspended as a security measure.
  • a technical problem has occurred; you will therefore need to try again later.

Can I get my Moneyclic ticket refunded?

Of course! You can get your ticket refunded up to six years after the purchase date if the PIN code has never been used.

In order to obtain a refund, you will be required to produce the following documents and evidence by our customer service:

  • the coupon receipt, as proof of purchase (with the PIN code hidden)
  • a photocopy of your Moneyclic ticket
  • a form of identity

Are there any additional charges?

If you purchase a ticket for €20, €20 will be credited and ready for use.

If you do not use your Moneyclic ticket before the expiry data, €2 will automatically be deducted from the ticket per month until its balance is exhausted.

What should I do if the value of my ticket is lower than the cost of my purchase?

If the value of your Moneyclic ticket is lower than the cost of the transaction you want to carry out, you will need to make up the remainder using an additional Moneyclic ticket. Important: the maximum permitted value is €1000 per transaction.

What do I do if the value of my ticket is greater than the cost of my purchase?

If the value of your Moneyclic ticket is greater than the cost of the transaction you want to carry out, the difference will remain on your card as valid balance. You will be able to use this money afterwards, and even on a different website.

Can I top up an existing ticket in order to complete a purchase?

No. If the balance available on your voucher is lower than the total cost of your payment, you will need to purchase a new Moneyclic ticket at either a retail outlet or online in order to complete the transaction.

Can I cancel a Moneyclic ticket I've purchased?

Yes. You can send a purchase cancellation request free-of-charge to our customer service at the following address within 14 days of the purchase date: contact@moneyclic.com

Important: it is essential that your ticket has not been used if you wish to cancel it.

Do I need to provide personal data on the official Moneyclic ticket purchasing page?

Yes. As a security measure, and in order to avoid all risk of fraud, we request certain personal information from you, such as your surname, first name, address, date of birth and email address. Please be assured that all the data you provide to us will be neither passed on to any third parties nor used for marketing purposes.

Do I need to create an account in order to purchase my Moneyclic tickets online?

No. No account creation is required in order to get access to Moneyclic tickets.
